We build methods that help sales professionals work smarter and with better efficiency — combining modern AI with a practical understanding of how sales actually works. Founded by a doctoral researcher in Sales AI with twenty years of B2B sales leadership.

Our Approach

  • Grounded in a simple commitment: We build methods that augment sales professionals, not replace them. We start from the realities of how sales teams actually work, then bring modern machine learning to the parts where it earns its place.
     
  • We deliver in production, not on slides.  Engagements end with working solutions the client can rely on — deployed in the client's environment, or operated by us as a service. We typically work on Azure with EU data residency, but adapt to the platform that fits the client's context. We favour conservative defaults, human oversight at decision points, and methods grounded in published research over methods that sound impressive but cannot be validated. 


  • Engagements are scoped pragmatically: We prefer fewer, deeper projects over many shallow ones, and we tell clients honestly when AI is the wrong tool for the problem they actually have.

Workshop Activity - Build AI Use Cases

Challenge your company to ideate and improve its AI initiatives. This 5 Round AI Challenge works perfectly for 5 groups with 5 canvases rotating after every 10 minutes. Each group starts with the Use case definition and then passes the canvas to the next group. After Round 5, the last group will present the Canvas to all the others. Then put all the Canvases as a poster wall to compare. Have fun!
